Dunia has currently formed a strategic synergy with Hermes Oil and Gas with the view to repositioning itself as a one-stop place in both upstream and downstream business.

The company’s public affairs manager, in a press release signed by the CEO stated that Dunia, being a strong and prominent brand with over 30 years of core upstream activities looks to taking advantage of the synergy to revive its downstream market. In a separate interview, the Managing Director of Hermes Oil and Gas, Mr Olu Oshinkolu disclosed that Hermes has always been a vibrant and upcoming company and a partnership with Dunai is bound to propel the company into the core of the energy business especially in the upstream sector.

Both companies have been engaged in the Local Content activities involving reliable foreign partners with sound technical know-how. Their intent is to jointly become a holistic company with complimentary attributes and core values.
