1994 – 2000: Counsel, NIDB Limited, Lagos.
- Liaise with all other divisions, units and others on all legal advisory matters and give legal opinions on matters affecting the Bank to ensure that the Bank keeps within and complies with the various statutory enactments regulating its operations
- Advise the area administration on legal and security matters
- Filing of annual returns at CAC, Abuja
- Forwarding of returns to CAC n S.636 of CAMA
- Proffering legal opinion from company secretary’s division on returns to CAC, Abuja.
- Proffering legal opinion on publication in Newspapers that affect the Bank.
- Preparation of service and maintenance agreements between the Bank and contractors via administrative division

- Between the Bank and its staff
- Between the Bank and other non-staff tenants.
- Between the Bank and the landlords of some of the properties it occupies
- Appearing before the Industrial Arbitration Panel and the National Industrial Court on matters of Industrial disputes between employees and the Bank.
